EXCHANGE POLICY

Anything bought in the store must be returned within 7 days after purchase to make an exchange for equal the price of original purchase, not including the cost of shipping. Please contact us regarding more information on how to ship a piece for exchange.

Custom work is non-returnable and is final purchase.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

We offer a 1-year limited warranty, limited to repair or replacement of the item at the discretion of Dejan Studio Jewelry. This does not apply to normal wear and tear of item.

SHIPPING

We usually ship using FedEx Express 2-Day Shipping. All items are shipped fully insured through FedEx and must be signed for.

All custom orders will be processed once a deposit has been paid.
