How do I place an order? 

Our online ordering process is quick and easy. Simply create an account to browse our pieces and order online. You could also request an appointment to discuss your needs and ideas with a jewelry expert. 

Do you offer resizing and repair services? 

Yes, we can repair and repurpose old jewelry for you. Make an online appointment or bring your jewelry to our store and our technicians will make an assessment and let you know what options you have for repair. 

I need help customizing my jewelry, what should I do? 

We’re happy to help you create the piece of your dreams. Request an appointment to discuss your ideas with our artisans either online through Zoom or Facetime, or in person in our store. 

What shipping options are available at Dejan Studio Jewelry? 

We ship all our items using FedEx Express 2-Day Shipping. Custom orders will be processed once a deposit has been paid. 

How can I make returns or exchanges?

Anything bought in the store must be returned within seven days after purchase to make an exchange equal to the price of the original purchase, not including the cost of shipping. Contact us for more information on how to ship a piece for exchange.

Please note that custom work is non-returnable and is a final purchase.

Is in-store pickup available?

Yes. We are open from 10 am to 5 pm Tuesday to Saturday, and by appointment on Sundays and Mondays. 

Are Dejan Studio Jewelry Products Insured? 

Yes, Dejan Studio Jewelry is responsible for orders until the package is delivered to the customer. All our pieces are shipped fully insured through FedEx and must be signed for upon delivery.

We offer a variety of ways to get in touch with us, including online by Zoom or Facetime video chat and in-store consultations.
