At Dejan Studio Jewelry, we want you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return any unworn and undamaged item(s) within 5 days of receipt for a full credit card refund to the original cardholder, or merchandise credit. We process all returns on the same day that they are received and we will call or send an email confirmation once the refund is processed. Please keep in mind that depending on the cycle of your credit card it may take 2-10 days for the refund to post to your account. Merchandise credits and refunds issued will not include original shipping charges. Shipping charges for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Sorry, no CODs will be accepted. Merchandise must be accompanied by the original packaging. All returns of merchandise require a Return Authorization. Please contact the gallery before shipping your merchandise back, 703-535-3035, to receive a Return Authorization #. Please include in the return package your contact information, the name of the purchaser, as well as a note requesting a refund, merchandise credit, or exchange. We will contact you as soon as we receive your return.
